Did you happen to miss out on last year's Tastes of Danbury? Have no fear, for Tastes of Danbury, is back! Satisfy your hunger from all four of these delicious restaurants from one of our nation's most diverse culinary cities Danbury, CT.

We've planned out the slightly gluttonous itinerary, so all you have to do is put on a pair of eating pants - trust us, you'll need 'em! We have so many awesome restaurants to check out, that we had to split them into multiple months. Keep in mind, these tickets DO NOT roll over from month to month, so make sure you visit all these restaurants by April 30th!

Are you ready to make your mouth happy with some delicious treats? For just $30 you’ll enjoy a special dish at all four (4) of our monthly highlighted restaurants, food trucks, or bakeries. Once a ticket is purchased, you will be emailed four (4) separate tickets - each with the restaurant name attached - which you can print or display from your phone at the time of entry. Only ONE per person, per month- there is a space in the checkout for friends & families names and emails to make bulk purchasing easier!

Below you’ll see the list of restaurants that premiered for March, here’s what you have to look forward to this month:

Empire of the Incas [241 Main St.]

Serving some of the best Peruvian cuisines since 2005 with an eclectic fusion of spices & flavors influenced by Japanese and Chinese cuisines. Empire of the Incas pride & joy is in bringing you the freshest ingredients and most authentic-tasting dishes you will grow to love (if you haven’t already)!

Choose ONE of the following:

• Papa a la Huancaina - Peruvian sauce made with yellow peppers & fresh white cheese served over boiled potatoes
• Inca Platter - Fried calamari, mussels, white fish & yuca strips served with tartar sauce
• Tamale - Corn tamale stuffed with pork or chicken served with salsa criolla (onion salad)
• Papa Rellena - Baked potato dough stuffed with ground beef, onions, hard-boiled eggs, and olives served with salsa criolla (onion salad)
• Choclo con Queso - Peruvian choclo (corn with large kernels) served with freshly sliced white cheese
• Anticuchos - Charbroiled beef heart skewers marinated in vinegar & spices served with grilled potatoes
• Choritos a la Chalaca - Steamed mussels covered with freshly chopped onions, corn, avocado, cilantro, and lime juice
• Calamares Fritos - Fried lightly breaded calamari
• Camarones Empanizados - Fried lightly breaded shrimp
• Chicken Wings - Choice between plain, spicy & BBQ
• Gambas al Ajillo de Camarones - Pan-fried shrimp with lightly breaded garlic cloves and parsley that is served with tostones
• Chicharron de Cerdo con Yuca - Fried pork belly served with fried yuca strips
• Supreme Chicharron - Fried chicken, white fish & pork served with salsa criolla (onion salad)
• Salchippa - Fried hot dogs served over a bed of french fries
• Empanadas (Two) - Choice between beef or cheese
• Causa Rellena (Tuna or Chicken) - Peruvian cold mashed potato casserole

Brazas Market & Churrasqueira [51 Liberty St.]

A family-owned restaurant that makes many delicious Portuguese food and pastries. At Brazas, customers can find anything from breakfast, lunch, and dinner that can't be found anywhere else nearby. Everything we make is homemade and done with passion, we look forward to your arrival!

Each meal will include a can of soda

La Mitad Del Mundo [275 Main St.]

Taste the spirit of Ecuadorian traditional cuisine right here in Downtown Danbury.

• Weekday's Special - Choose any ONE dish from our daily special (Mon. - Fri) ONLY
• Avocado Salad (option to add chicken)
• Hornado - Roast pork special Weekend ONLY
• Pollo a la Brasa - Grilled chicken breast special WEEKEND ONLY

Muncheez [330 Main St.]

Main Street Muncheez was created around one simple mission: to offer the best tasting food on-the-go and be the #1 food truck of choice in Danbury and surrounding areas. We saw what other food trucks in the area were doing, and we wanted to be different. When we first decided to open up our food truck it was from the desire to offer a unique mobile dining experience. We use only high-quality ingredients in all our menu items. As food lovers ourselves, we believe in providing the best food and service to all our customers.
